At The Gantry, we know aesthetics matter. At our residencies we’ve created an oasis from the city with sophisticated design throughout all our two-bedroom units.

Tall ceilings with large windows invite natural light to brighten your space. Luxuries like imported Italian cabinets, stainless appliances, and quartz countertops bring artistry into your everyday. Your daily rituals are made sweeter with touches like under cabinet lighting and plank flooring.

Our two-bedrooms come in four finishes:

Basalt is a bright color concept balancing the urban and the comfortable. It has a white tile backsplash, light brown cabinets, gray flooring, caesarstone countertops, and Frigidaire and Samsung appliances.

Tao brings in a bit of moodiness, with medium-dark brown cabinets, pine-colored flooring, and caesarstone countertops. This finish also gets upgrade appliances — Bosch and Fisher & Paykel.

Tempo is a lively design with all gray cabinetry and flooring. This finish comes with the white quartz countertops and a full-height quartz backsplash. It also comes with the Bosch and Fisher & Paykel appliances.

Penthouse is our most luxurious finish, and it’s only available in penthouse apartments. High-end appliances are Bosch and Fisher & Paykel, and these apartments have a unique panelized stove. With gorgeous graphite cabinetry, Calcutta marble countertops, and brown flooring, this design is made to impress.

Unique Apartments with Curved Windows

Architects know that for the most spectacular and sweeping two-bedroom apartments with views, you need curved windows. The Gantry was designed so that many of our units have these looking over the DC area. This next level detail will change the way you daydream. Our two-bedrooms with curved windows are B12, B10, B8, and B9.

Movable Kitchen Islands

Several of our floor plans include unique movable kitchen islands to give you extra flexibility with your counter space. Pull it out for a dinner party, or push it out of the way to dance. Each kitchen island matches the cabinetry and countertops of your unit. Two-bedroom floor plans with kitchen islands are B12, B15, B3, B5, B8, B9, and B4.

Walk-In Closets

All of our two-bedroom floor plans have walk-in closets! Some only have walk-ins in the master bedroom, but some have walk-in closets in the second bedroom as well.

Terrace or Balcony

Several units include a terrace or balcony to get an even better look at the gorgeous Washington, DC views. Most of them are large enough for an outdoor table set to have dinner in a unique setting. Our two-bedroom apartments with a terrace or balcony are B10, B12, B3, B5, B8, B9, and B4.

Deep Bathtubs in Spa-Like Bathrooms

All of our apartments have deep soaking tubs in spa-like settings, including tile surrounds and lovely design details.

In-Unit Washer and Dryer

Our two-bedrooms have in-unit washers and dryers. Our Basalt finish will have a Samsung-brand set and the other finishes will have a Bosch or Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer set.
