Our luxury apartments, located in the heart of bustling Union Market District, have all you could ever ask for in DC living. With sophisticated architecture on the outside, our residential tower is bursting with amenities and features, including a rooftop pool, two fitness centers, a dog run, and more.

The apartments have finishes and details that take your everyday living to the next level. Our one-bedroom apartments are roomy, perfect for one or a couple, and sunny with open-concept floor plans and spacious tall ceilings.

There are multiple schemes available:

Basalt features a bright, urban vibe with modern plank flooring and gray cabinetry.
Tao is a bit warmer, with brown cabinets and floors, to evoke serenity and groundedness.
Tempo offers upgrade Bosch & Fisher appliances and a neutral color scheme, with light brown cabinets and floors.
Our Penthouses are our richest design: Calcutta marble brings these kitchen to the next level, and they also feature the upgrade appliances. Cabinets are a warm gray.

High-End Kitchens

Stunning kitchens, ideal for foodies, are the centerpiece of our apartments. Depending on the scheme, you may have a bright white quartz countertop and backsplash, or you may have Calcutta marble in striking gray and white.

All our kitchens have stainless steel appliances and imported Italian cabinets for the finest quality. The plank flooring seamlessly flows from the rest of the living room through the kitchen. Under-cabinet lighting makes it easy to see what you’re doing when prepping food.

Walk-In Closets

Many of our one-bedrooms have walk-in closets. These spacious closets are perfect for those who need extra storage space or for those who love their clothes. These floor plans include: A10, A15. A19, A4, A14, A18, A5, and S9.

Balcony or Terrace

Select floor plan types feature either a balcony or terrace, usually opening off the living room. Some units have great views of the city or of Union Market. One-bedrooms with balconies are: A15, A21, A4, S4, S5, A1, A13, A5, S11, and S9.

Den

Units with dens have become very popular. Residents enjoy the extra room to use as a work-from-home office, an hobby room, a meditation room, or anything they may desire. Floor plans with dens are: A21 and A13.
